Microwave Apple Crisp

Since the big move day for me  is less than two weeks away I've been doing a lot of cooking from scratch to try to get rid of as many ingredients as possible.  I found two apples in the fridge and decided I wanted to cook with them instead of just snack on them.  A little light went off in my head and I remembered this recipe from in the fall to make apple crisp in the microwave.  I thought I'd give it a try and was pleasantly surprised!  It was fabulous and the house smelled wonderful!  The apples were cooked well and the topping (my favorite part) was just crispy enough!  My husband and I ate the entire thing in a matter of minutes!
