Squash and Goat cheese Wonton Ravioli. (I've used wonton wrappers before to make cheese and jalapeno poppers that turned out delicious. Instead of boiling them, I added one 1/2" cube of cheddar cheese and one jalapeno slice and fried in oil. They were fabulous!)
Cinnamon Spice Pumpkin Pumpkin Bread. (I had some extra canned pumpkin from this fall so I made this and it turned out delicious! I whipped the cream cheese filling so it made quite a bit, next time I'll try halving it. I also added some cinnamon to the cream cheese....my husband said it was the best pumpkin bread he'd ever had!)
Nutella Cheesecake Squares. Don't these sound just melt in your mouth delicious! They do to me!
Cinnamon Apple Pancakes. Sounds to me like a fabulous way to dress up plain pancakes!

Spiced Cider Recipe
I LOVE the smells of fall! The easiest way to get all those wonderful warm cinnamon spice smells is to make a fresh batch of spiced apple cider! Here's my own easy recipe that not only makes your house smell delicious but is warm and yummy!
What you'll need:
new, clean cheesecloth (Cut into a 6" square)
clean sewing thread or string
1 gallon apple juice
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp. whole cloves
pinch of allspice
2 lemon slices
Place all the spices and lemon slices in the cheesecloth square and tie up with the clean thread. Put your apple cider in the crock pot on low with your little wrapped spices. Let warm up for just 20 minutes and enjoy!

Microwave Apple Crisp
Since the big move day for me is less than two weeks away I've been doing a lot of cooking from scratch to try to get rid of as many ingredients as possible. I found two apples in the fridge and decided I wanted to cook with them instead of just snack on them. A little light went off in my head and I remembered this recipe from in the fall to make apple crisp in the microwave. I thought I'd give it a try and was pleasantly surprised! It was fabulous and the house smelled wonderful! The apples were cooked well and the topping (my favorite part) was just crispy enough! My husband and I ate the entire thing in a matter of minutes!
