Introducing Porter Clark Averett.
He was born at 3:25pm on Friday, October 8th weighing in at 8 lbs 14 oz and 21.5" long.
Labor went fairly quickly once they started me on pitocin Friday morning after trying to induce me Thursday night. I was still able to deliver naturally as planned and once I had this little guy in my arms, I was beaming with joy. {The picture above was taken moments after delivery}.
We are so happy he's here and are loving our new family of 4!
