image from FlickrMy sister's family and my parents picked apples from their ONE tree this weekend and ended up with about a gazillion apples. We were forced (yes, not on our own will) to take home a box of apples. A box equals about 100. There are only so many muffins and applesauce a girl can make. Do you want some? There is a really neat recipe in Everyday Food for an apple cake. I want to try that out.
Yum!! We just did the same thing with my parent's peach tree. I don't think we'll get through them before they go mushy. Good Luck!
What a great predicament to be in, ha! I'm so excited right now that honey crisp apples are in season, I've been eating them nonstop since this weekend.
