Welcome to February! I can't believe the weather though! This weekend it was a balmy 70+ degrees and now with the wind chill it's less than 0 degrees...which for a Texan is COLD! I found this recipe to warm me right up! Usually I make Hot Cocoa from the little packages of mix, but this one is way better! I did follow the suggestions of others and added a little less sugar.
