Final Utah post

I know, it's already been nearly a month since we've been to Utah. Here's a final recap of what we did....

We had a cookout up in the mountains. It was chilly and the food was yummy. We had smores too!

Above: Casey's mom and sister. They taught me how to play NERTS (essentially another speed game). Casey's sister, Kaitlyn and I did a lot of bonding while we were out there. We even stayed up until 2 am one morning talking. She taught me how to be a speed texter.... I've never really gotten into texting... mainly because I'm cheap and don't want to pay $.10 every time I do it.

Casey and I spent some time up in Provo/Orem. We visited our friends, Joey and Leah. They have a boxer too so it was fun to let the "kids" play together. While we were up there, we drove up Provo Canyon and went to take pictures of where we got married. It looks almost exactly like it did 6 years ago.

Another highlight of the trip was seeing Casey's grandparents. His grandpa is 94 and his grandma is 90. We went to lunch with them at their local cafeteria at their retirement home. They told us so many fun stories about when they were first married and how much they loved each other. It was the cutest thing ever and I will always cherish that visit.
