So, I got a new calling in church this Sunday. Young Woman's Secretary (for those of you not familiar with the church... this is our youth program for 12-18 yr. olds... there's Young Men's (YM) & Young Women's (YW)). Casey is a counselor in YM so this should be fun. Although, we currently meet on different nights (Why, you ask? I really don't know), so once that is changed it will be a lot better.
Anyways, tonight we are doing a get-to-know-you night (because ALL the leaders are new). I'm looking for any great ideas. I need fun, chic, cool... ya know... got to keep it interesting for those girls.
Here's what I have come up with...
- Hot Potato Game- Sit in a circle and every time the hot potato is thrown to you, say something about yourself.
Yeah, that's it. My creative juices aren't flowing, so I need a little help. Wanna play the Hot Potato game for an hour and a half? C'mon, it would be fun.... it wouldn't get old, I promise. Certainly fun, cool, chic, right?

I like the one where you have to write two true things about you and one false and everyone has to guess who it is and which one is false.
It could be interesting with young women. I always use the warrant out for my arrest on my mission. They always think that's the lie.
What? You had a warrant while you were on you mission? Please tell...
