Sorry for the poor quality, but it says TMY BOY. This guy really made my day. Not only because of his license plate and me rethinking my favorite quotes from the movie, BUT he was this little man, about 70s and was as frail as could be. The only thing I could think was, man, I wish my grandpa were that cool! :) Don't get me wrong... he was cool... just not in a Tommy Boy sort of way.
